Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
Assist with medication reminders and mobility/transfers.
Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications: * Valid Alberta HCA Certificate (or equivalent).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Position 2: Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Key Responsibilities: * Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
Assist with grocery shopping and accompanying clients to appointments.
Support clients with non-medical personal care and respite for family members.
Create a safe, clean, and positive environment for the client.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in home care or community support is an asset.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position 3: Client Outreach Worker

We are looking for a motivated Client Outreach Worker to connect with individuals and families in the community who may benefit from home care services. This role is about building trust, starting meaningful conversations, and helping people discover support options that can improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with community members in public settings and initiate friendly, informative conversations.
Identify individuals or families who may benefit from home care services.
Educate the public about available programs, services, and support options.
Build relationships and maintain a positive representation of the company in the community.
Share leads and relevant information with the internal team for follow-up.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous experience in sales, outreach, or customer service is an asset.
Passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
